On1 or not On1, that is the question...or is the question actually, "what the heck does On1 mean?"

On1 and On2 refers to two different salsa dance step structures. On1 has us accentuating the "1" beat. With On2, we first break on...you guessed it...the "2" beat. In some ways, dancing On2 is very different than On1, and comes with a few very special benefits. In other important ways, the two are fairly similar.

This workshop will compare and contrast the two styles as you learn how to bring all the moves you've been learning On1 over to the On2 structure.

We seriously encourage you to take this workshop if you think you might ever dance salsa in any major city around the world, as On2 already has a substantial following in just about all of them.
