We are thrilled about the overwhelming response that our salsa classes are receiving. In our commitment to offer our students convenience, security, and peace of mind, we are happy to offer our unique advance registration process:
The advance registration process at a glance:
- Advance registration guarantees you a spot in class and ensures that you get into the current session, and won’t be differed to a later, more available one.
- The first 15 males and 15 femals to advance register are guaranteed their spots in the class they advance registered for.
- Remaining prospective students are offered the opportunity to advance-register for the next available session.
- If less than 15 of either gender advance-register, the remaining spots will be offered to the students who show up to the first class in the order in which they pre-registered online.
- We have found 30 to be the ideal maximum number of students in any given class. This allows for a high-energy and fun class, while allowing us to provide individual attention throughout the session.
- The $95 price for online payment includes the regular $90 investment as well as $5 to cover online processing fees. The price for Advance Registration paid in person by cash or cheque remains at $90. One might consider the additional $5 to be the gas money that one would have spent whilst making a special trip to advance-register in person. Please note that the online processing fee is based on the amount of the registration investment, not per transaction. Therefore there would be no savings in combining two registrations (ie: for a couple wishing to advance-register together) into one.
- Given everyone's busy and unpredictable lives, sometimes students discover that they’re not able to make it after all. However, since this method guarantees that your spot is yours and can go to no one else, advance registration is only 50% refundable.

What inspired this idea?
First come, first served works well to a certain degree, but what happens when someone pre-registers before you, thinking they can attend, and then discovers that he/she isn’t able to attend classes after all? Well, no hard feelings, these things happen, but then you have to wait patiently for a month or two for your class, when perhaps you could have been dancing now. In an effort to mitigate this effect, we have created the Advance Registration process so that people who know they’re going to be able to attend the session get priority over those who aren’t quite as sure.
How can I take advantage of this oh-so-wonderful opportunity?
There are three ways this can work. The first two happen live and in person, and the third allows you to stay in your PJs. Please allow us to explain.
Cash or Cheque (In-person only):
Drop us an email if you'd like to set up an appointment to advance-register in person and together, we'll find a day and time that works for all. Then you may bring your registration investment to us and exchange it for a hearty handshake, a pleasant smile, and/or a "wink-and-a-gun". Upon completion of this transaction, you will be guaranteed a spot in the available session of your choosing and you can rest at ease.
Credit/Debit Card (Online only):
For those of you who prefer to pay with plastic, we have established an online payment option. From the comfort of your own home, you're just a few clicks away from securing your spot in class. Available 24 hours per day, you don't even need to shower beforehand. To proceed with online advance-registration right now, simply click here. Can I take my time and advance-register whenever?
Heck, no! Remember, this process was inspired by the fact that these classes fill up very quickly. Chances are that other students are using this process right now, and with a maximum of 15 male and 15 female students in any given class, it won't be long before your opportunity is gone.
What if I pre-register? How close to getting in the class does that get me?
While pre-registration doesn't guarantee you'll get in, it does put you on the radar. If less than 15 students of your gender advance-register, the remaining spots (to a maximum of 15 males and 15 females) will be offered to the students who show up to the first class in the order in which they pre-registered online. Once the 15 spots are finally secured, everyone else will be offered the opportunity to advance-register for the next available session.

Okay, so this guarentees my spot (awesome!), but what if I find out at the last minute that I can't make it afterall?
Your guaranteed spot will not be accessible to anyone else in the event that you discover that you are not able to attend the session. Due to this, 50% of you’re your advance registration fee acts as a non-refundable deposit. The remaining 50% (like all other registration fees) is only available for a refund if cancellation occurs prior to the third class of the session.
This new format will help us ensure that your classes will be filled with lots of new potential friends who are as keen to enjoy the many joys and benefits of salsa dancing as you are.
